Dr Ramsay has regular lists allocated for surgical and endoscopic procedures at Baringa Private Hospital. He ceased elective surgical and endoscopic work at the Coffs Harbour Health Campus in 2021.

Obesity surgery is currently unavailable through the Public Health System in Coffs Harbour. Dr Ramsay performs Laparoscopic Sleeve Gastrectomy, Laparoscopic Adjustable Gastric Band and Laparoscopic Gastric Bypass surgery at Baringa Private Hospital only.
